Property Survey
In order to maintain the quality of our services, we must ensure that your property meets the terms and standards to be published, especially for international markets. Therefore, we will take a brief tour of your property. Our decision is final, and we reserve the right to refuse if we find the property unsuitable or we suspect unlawful activity regarding the property.

Payment
After reaching survey and mutual agreement, payment for services based on the package can be made in cash or digitally.

Social Media Content
To create property content, we will take photos and videos from your property. We also need some general information about the property, related to: resident culture, accessibility and security around the property.

Closing
We will try our best to ensure all content is ready to be published within 5 working days at the latest. Soon, we will send you a message after making sure everything is ready. It is our great hope to have continued and uninterrupted cooperation with you.
Collaboration Rules
Lombok Properti will be referred to as a company in this rule. Then, the Owner, Agent or Company entity together will be referred to as the customer in this rule.
- Companies and Customers create as much as possible a conducive and professional atmosphere in carrying out cooperative transactions.
- Both the Company and Vendors are prohibited from carrying out property transaction activities that violate the law and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
- The Company has the right to delete and demote content prematurely if the Company finds reports of fraud or property fraud committed by Customers.
- Customers are expected to cooperate in notifying the Company when the property has been sold or rented.
- The company is solely responsible for helping to market the property in accordance with the selected service package. So that the company will not be responsible in the future for property damage caused by the tenant's actions.
