For marketing with the commission system, property owners are required to pay an initial fee for content production. To maintain service quality, we will conduct a survey to ensure your property meets publication standards and requirements, especially for the international market. Commission System Terms
The following rules govern the commission system in the cooperation between Lombok Property (as the Company) and Property Owners, Agents, or Developers (as Customers):
- The Company will receive a commission based on a percentage agreed upon in the contract, provided the property is sold or rented.
- The commission amount is calculated from the final transaction value.
- Before finalizing the sale or rental agreement, the Company has the right to cancel the cooperation at any time if it deems necessary without any compensation.
